I am a printmaker specialising in wood engraving. I grew up on the edge of Dartmoor and that gave me a real love for rural British landscapes. My prints are most often inspired by my experience of being in the landscape. When the weather allows I like to create work en plein air which I find helps me to create my most authentic, honest work. I also enjoy creating collages with my discarded print proofs and monotypes. Through my art I want to help protect the natural world and since 2019 I have donated over £15,000 to environmental causes.
