Qiqiqiqi Studio was founded by artists Miao Tan and Siying Cui. Working with natural lacquer and fibre, we create objects for everyday living that balance function with a sculptural sensibility, including lightweight lacquer containers, self-standing horsehair brushes, matte lacquered paper, and wearable lacquer pieces.

Defined by the paradox of appearing metallic yet remaining remarkably light, our work invites tactile engagement and everyday use, bringing natural lacquer back into contemporary living.
